New members are subject to a minimum 2-week trial period. During which, loot eligibility is as follows:
Main spec full member
Recruit in trial period
Council will be based on 1 person from each role (Melee DPS, Ranged DPS, Healer, Tank). Members are chosen based on knowledge, objectivity and reliability.
The GM or Substitute will sit in on Council and Oversee, giving opinions but does not vote except to break a tie.
Loot Council members will be chosen by the GM and can be switched out at any time on their choosing.
When loot drops you wish a chance at, you will link in raid chat the item you are currently using and wish to replace. Any additional information you can give the Loot Council is appreciated (e.g. Best in Slot (BiS), etc.).
Loot is given out based on current attendance, performance, guild loyalty and upgrade quality. In the case of off spec gear, priority is given to raiders who utilize their off spec for raids.
Anyone on Loot Council that is felt showing favoritism will be removed from council. Any member trying to influence the council will not be tolerated.
Complaints on Loot Council choices or negative behavior due to their choices will not be tolerated in any way. There is to be no discussion with other raid members after loot is distributed asking why loot was given to a particular person. Questions and concerns should be directed to the GM/Subsitute.
With the changes to Bind on Equip (BoE) items to personal loot drops, all raiders are expected to trade the item to the Loot Master for distribution to the raid.
There is no trading loot after raids, If the item is not an upgrade then it is to be returned to the Loot Master for redistribution, BoE items are also to be equipped immediately.
BoE items that are not distributed for immediate equip will go to the guild bank.
